CDM 2015 Principal Designer...

Principal Designer Services...

  • Proactively sourcing all pertinent information from the client, followed by a thorough review and timely distribution to the Principal Contractor and relevant Designers as Pre-Construction Information.
  • Hosting engaging CDM workshops, where we foster collaboration with the design team, delve into the project design, and undertake comprehensive hazard assessments, all the while adhering to preventive principles.
  • Meticulously compiling, disseminating, and diligently monitoring the progression of the project risk register actions.
  • Initiating the preparation of the project's Health and Safety File and ensuring its accurate completion and handover to the client upon project culmination.
